Return Request and Inspection

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Please include:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• The reason for return
• Photos (if applicable)

We will review your request and provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.

All returned items are inspected within 5–7 business days of receipt. Customers will be notified of the outcome via email.

costs and shipping 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (incorrect, defective, or damaged items).

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as VALITTU is not responsible for lost return packages.

Returns must be shipped to the address provided in your return authorization email.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you require a different size or color, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used, washed, worn, or returned without their original condition and packaging.
