30-DAY RETURNS
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return on unused items.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. As our products are intimate sleep accessories that come into contact with skin and hair, used items cannot be accepted for hygiene reasons.
How to Start a Return

Please include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for return
- Photos (if applicable)
We will review your request and send return instructions within 1–2 business days.
Returned items are inspected within 5–7 business days of receipt, and you will be notified of the outcome by email.
Return Shipping & Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (incorrect, defective, or damaged items).
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as VALITTU cannot be held responsible for lost return packages.
Returns must be shipped to the address provided in your return authorization email.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or color, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used, washed, or worn, or that are returned without their original condition and packaging.
