Order Processing

All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer free standard shipping worldwide on all orders over $75 USD, delivered through trusted carriers including USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL. Orders under $75 are charged a standard shipping rate calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days, depending on your destination.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during peak seasons, holidays, or due to customs processing.

Customs & International Orders

International shipments may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are determined by your local authorities.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are beyond our control. Customs delays, duties, or taxes are not grounds for a refund, return, or chargeback.

Lost, Damaged & Undelivered Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and clear photos of the issue so our team can assist you promptly.

Minor packaging wear that does not affect the product itself does not qualify for a replacement or refund.

Once tracking confirms an order as delivered, responsibility passes to the recipient. For packages marked delivered but not received, please file a claim directly with the carrier — we are glad to provide any supporting information you need.

Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To begin, contact us at support@byvalittu.com.

Condition & Hygiene

As our products are intimate sleep accessories that come into contact with skin and hair, returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on used items.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (incorrect, damaged, or defective items).
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

International returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis — please contact us before returning any international order.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

Order changes (address, product selection, or quantity) may be requested within 12 hours of purchase.
Cancellations are possible within 12 hours of order placement.
After this window, orders may already be processed and can no longer be modified or canceled.
