West Coast

East Coast

Orders placed after December 15 are not guaranteed to arrive before December 24.

International

Orders placed after December 3 are not guaranteed to arrive before December 24.

Returns And Exchanges

United States Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (incorrect, damaged, or defective items).
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Kindly include your order number and clear photos of the issue so our team can assist you promptly.

Requests submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for resolution.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

Order changes (such as address, product selection, or quantity adjustments) may be requested within 12 hours of purchase.
Cancellations are possible within 12 hours of order placement.
After this period, orders may already be processed and cannot be modified or canceled.
