Momme is the traditional measure of silk fabric weight. At 22 momme (25 for our bedding), VALITTU silk feels substantial and lasts for nightly use, while staying soft and breathable.
Silk is a natural protein fiber, its fibroin built largely from amino acids such as glycine, alanine and serine. Grade 6A is selected for the longest, most uniform filaments: fewer joins and a smoother surface against your skin and hair.
