Will my skincare stain the silk?
Where you can, let heavier creams and oils absorb before bed. Any marks generally lift in a cold hand wash with a pH-neutral silk detergent.
What size is it?
Queen size — 20 × 30 in (50 × 75 cm), with a hidden zip closure.
Does it have a zip?
Yes — a hidden zip closure keeps the pillow fully enclosed and out of sight for a clean, secure fit.
What's the difference between silk and satin?
Silk is a natural fiber. Satin is a weave that's usually made from synthetic threads. VALITTU uses genuine mulberry silk, not synthetic satin.
How do I wash it?
Cold hand wash with a pH-neutral silk detergent, or machine wash cold inside a silk bag on a delicate cycle. Air dry away from direct sunlight — never tumble dry, bleach or wring.
What's your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging — for hygiene reasons, we can't accept silk that has been used or washed. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is incorrect, damaged or defective. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.
When will my order arrive?
Standard shipping is complimentary on every order, to every country we ship to. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days, and standard international delivery takes 5–8 business days (5–10 within Israel).
